Ttc help me ladies xx

Trying now apparently I'm in my fertile days and the app says I will ovulate on Friday had intercourse lastnight how many times should we do? Is it enough on cycle day 10 as sperm lives for a few days or should we keep going? Only had one af since coming off nexplanon so if the app is correct then fingers crossed but don't want to miss the timing?!! Xx
