Is it bad to drink coffee?

So i have a semi cold & AF just arrived & im cramping, but im also craving hot coffee, is it bad to drink coffee while being on your period?

They say to avoid caffeine during your period, I don’t really care enough to know why, lol, but as long as you’re staying hydrated, you’ll be fine. I’m down to 2 cups a day, but for like two years I was drinking close to a pot of coffee a day. Lol.

Coffee is life. Definitely get some. Nothing wrong with drinking it on your period.

I personally do because during my period...I definitely don't need help pooping lol and that's what coffee does...makes you poop!
