What's the best/healthiest formula?

I'm a new mom of a 9 week old baby girl ❤  I'm going back to work in a few weeks and I would like to introduce formula. Some of the formula ingredients just doesn't sound healthy? What do you ladies recommend? Please help!

Look into Holle we used this and it was wonderful after several attempts at American formula.

yeah, we were unable to find a formula we were 100% happy with. I can't believe all the ingredients in that stuff that we have to feed our babies. just disgusting. we had to go with alimentum and or nutramagen because our boy can have dairy. but there aren't great ingredients in it either.

Gerber Good Start Soothe. I highly recommend after going through 3 formulas after breastfeeding. It has probiotics in it. We used it from the time he was 5 months till his last bottle at 11 1/2 months old.

I’m going to ask my pediatrician about switching to Lebenswert Bio. It’s made by Holle, but it is sweetened with lactose instead of maltodextrin (maltodextrin can cause constipation and is generally not recommended for babies). Holle, Hipp, and Lebenswert Bio are definitely the most natural formulas, but they aren’t FDA approved because they all contain Palm Oil, which has been shown to prevent absorption of Calcium, therefore having a negative impact on bone density. That is fine if you’re only using it as a supplement for breast milk, but I’m concerned about using it for exclusively formula feeding. Hopefully my pediatrician says it’s okay because my LO recently started reacting to the Similac I’ve been giving him so I really want to start using organic, natural formula and I’ve heard most American organic brands cause constipation. If you’re not comfortable using formula that’s not FDA approved, I’ve heard Baby’s Only formula with Whey is the next best American option, so that’s what I’ll be trying next if my pediatrician doesn’t approve my use of Lebenswert. Holle and Hipp can be purchased on Walmart.com if you’re interested in trying those as well, but Lebenswert can only be purchased through import websites to the US.

We’ve used the Costco formula since about 3 months. She’s perfectly happy and healthy at 9 months. If you’re concerned, ask your pediatrician.

I supplemented with Holle formula, ordered online from organicstart.com
All of the US formulas have horrible ingredients, even the so called “organic ones” were full of corn starches and sugar

I did extensive research on this and besides making my own, the best I could find in the US was baby's Only organic. I never ended up using it but I got a can as back up.
