Herpes or Something Else?

My fiancé had herpes and I accepted long time ago. Now that I know if I don’t have it but recently I haven’t been checked there’s days I can spot pink and brown with a little bit of itch in the vulva area. Then it goes away. Yes I’m a make an appointment with my doctor but what do u think? We’ve been trying to conceive and now it’s confusing cuz I was suppose to start my period and haven’t I thought this was my period but it stopped
