Ttc after miscarriage??

Currently experiencing a miscarriage at the moment!! Is it recommended that you have at least one af before trying again?? It's been a tough week but I'm starting to think about ttc again and I need some advice??

Thanks for all your advice!! I think I'm gonna wait for two cycles before ttc again!! That way I will know for sure my cycles are back to normal!! Gonna focus on getting into good shape for ttc next time!! 😀

My doctor said definitely wait until after your first cycle. Your chances of miscarrying are higher. Go to pregnancyloss.com. She has a lot of good info. I'm still spotting from my miscarriage on Tuesday. Hoping it ends soon!

My doctor told me that with my lupus pregnancy could be life threatening. Looks like there will be no rainbo for me. DH is terrified to lose me too. But a baby is all I ever wanted.

I'm right there with u! My dr told me to wait until I have a period. Bleeding is almost done for me now thank God!

My doctor recommended waiting two cycles. Tissue can still pass in one or two cycles post-MC. You can get pregnant but her recommendation was waiting to ensure a squeaky clean uterine lining!

I waited with all of mine. When your body is miscarrying- especially if you were further along, your cervix is opened and you don't want to introduce anything to infection for 2 weeks--- which would be right about the time you would ovulate. Also, Drs like you to wait so they can get a good date from the last af so when your rainbow baby does come, they'll have a better idea about hcg, due dates...

I'm so sorry for your loss. It sucks. There's nothing anyone can say to make it better. For mine, I ate wings, chocolate and "chocolate". Do what you need to grieve. Sometimes that extra time before you TTC again helps with healing. ❤️❤️❤️

I think it's up to you, but everyone seems to recommend one AF before TTC.  I waited one AF.  This is our first time trying after my MC in Feb.!  I hope you feel better and good luck!

Thanks for the advice it's so heartbreaking!! Having a bad day today!! I found out on Saturday and I'm still spotting! I'm assuming I'll have a full flow soon.. Is that what happened to you??

I would wait. The bleeding from your first period after the miscarriage isn't like a normal one. When I had my first period after my miscarriage I understood why my dr told me to wait. I actually waited 2 cycles before we started again. Good luck to you and don't worry it will happen again!
