What does 7.4 percent of pregnancy

I logged in today and it says for today I'm 7.4 percent chance of me getting pregnant but 7.4% to me isn't a lot.. Any idea of what that means? And why on ovulation day it says 33% shouldn't it say 100%?? Help!!!

It always shows a small percentage because there is always a slight chance for pregnancy as you can ovulate at different times each cycle. And it is only 33% on ovulation day because even if everything is done perfectly right and you release a healthy egg and your SO has healthy sperm, there's still only a 30% chance of pregnancy each cycle.
