Baby’s skin help ?!?

My baby is five weeks old and had some dry skin on her face now it’s is all over her face and chest it’s like stops she’s only five weeks old and the creams ect are recommended from
Three months she has a doctors appointment next week but I’d like to help her in the mean time. Thankyou !

Since she’s so young, if you’re afraid of using too many lotions and potions, maybe try coconut oil. I use it one my son, and myself, all the time for dry skin. 
A great cream that my pediatrician recommended for my baby’s eczema was Eucerin. The kind in the tub, not squeeze bottle.

She had it since birth but just gotten worse and I’m ebf so would u think more baby acny ? Was there any creams that helped ? Thanks for the reply x

Either baby acne or an allergic reaction. My daughter had both.
