Should I be concerned? this is a diaper from my 18 month old. Hes been running a fever on and off the last 24 hours. We've been alternating the tylenol and ibuprofen.

Possibly. Did he eat anything red lately?

Has he eaten anything that would give him that color poop or drank anything that color? Pedialyte anything like that. I know my son has had that happen before. If not and he is running a fever I would definitely call to pediatrician.

UPDATE:
Took him to Kids Prompt Care which we ended up getting sent to ER. They took a stool sample to send off. Confirmed that the color was more than likely from the Pedialyte and Powerade, but the mucus could be from a virus that he has. Said allow the virus to run its course and if not better within 10 days to come back.  He has started eating some food today so that's a good sign and seems like his energyis coming back slowly. 😊😊😊
