I've been reading up on supplements and now I'm over here like...

Here's a rundown of what I'm taking :Ubiquinol 600 mg, Evening Primrose Oil 1500 mg, and Vitamin E 1000 mg. I'm also drinking The Whole Lemon Drink. But then I started reading about supplements and that you should only take practitioner prescribed supplements to be sure you're getting what you need because over the counter supplements apparently suck.

What, if any, supplements are you guys taking and do you have brand specifics you like? Are yours prescribed by a physician? I've been reading the ingredients on mine and two of the three have soy lecithin in them.

Ugh!
