40 pounds down!

Just wanted to share my success with other beautiful women! I never thought I’d get here but I’ve never felt better about myself, both physically and mentally. Still got 10 pounds to go for my goal! :)

edit: people have been asking me how I did it, and honestly just clean eating and a solid workout routine has done the trick. I cut off all carbs and sugars and artificial things from my diet COMPLETELY and lost weight on eating healthy alone. Chicken, fish, and veggies are your best friend! I incorporated cardio when I was 10 pounds down, and weight training when I was around 20 pounds down. Also, drink lots of water!
