HELP!!! Is this normal for nexplanon implant BC?

So as of maybe 1 1/2 - 2 weeks now my nipples have been very weird

I woke up one morning and they were sore like not hurting but like a weird sensation like tender I guess and I thought maybe it was because that night me and my fiancé were fooling around a little, but I was wrong because surly that would’ve went away. (I also noticed the bottom of my nipple was like a darker color of my nipple, kinda looked bruised to me)

ALSO they (my nipples) looked puffy like swollen.. (Only my nipples tho) and on and off I feel like the color will change like a little darker

I asked my fiancé to look at my nipples to see if he noticed the difference too, and he did.

So now maybe 2 days ago I’ve noticed that only half my nipple will get like a lump.. it’s not a hard lump, it’s like as if half my nipple got swollen ???

So my periods have been irregular since I got my BC and I’m curious to know if this is because my Bc or something serious!? Please let me know !! Please!!

(Ps I feel like I should be starting a period soon because I’ve also been having really bad head aches and they hurt so bad and cramps but no bleeding yet. Also acne is super bad)

OH YEAH AND ALSO WHEN I LIKE GAG OR SOMETHING (because I’m a smoker) MY NIPPLES WILL TINGLE FOR A SPLIT SECOND (not all the time though )
