Anyone 40+ here with Mental Health issues?

Im isolated, severely depressed & live in a foreign country. Looking for Mental Health support. No one speaks English here so I’m looking for chat forums & everyone is in their 20’s (no offense).. Where can I go online for support?

You can google online chat groups. I️ am bipolar and found an anonymous chat group who are very supportive and a great way to vent and get some advice when I feel I️ need it. Try finding a specified depression support online chat group. That would be my recommendation. Stay strong

I'm in my 40's no mental issues but I deal with people who have them daily so if you need someone to talk to I can be that. 
I also lived in a foreign  country for 4 years many years ago.

I have severe depression. I have no close friends either. I’m also looking for women age 35+ who are suffering from Depression/anxiety problems. There are many teenagers on the online Chat forums it seems, different set of problems, haven’t found any women in my same age group really.
