Think of them as baby tattoos. They will be in you forever. They will Fade though.

I'm sorry to tell you but they never go away. I still have mine from my 15 yo. They do fade though 🙂

They will get lighter eventually but there isn't much you can do to get rid of them. To prevent getting more def try to stay hydrated. Best thing my midwife told me early on was that I can put all the creams I want on my belly but if I'm not drinking enough water it isn't going to do much. It's worked so far.

My sister in law's aunt had a chemical peel done on her belly years after her 5 children were born. She never had a single one left. I guess it was very painful she would sit in from of a fan with her shirt pulled up and really low rise pants or loose dresses for a few days. Like I said it was very painful but she didn't have a single stretch mark left.

Stretch marks will not fade- your only options are to look into cosmetic surgery procedures, or embrace your war stripes! Sigh 😑 no one said it was fun getting older!
