Idk what to think I’m 4 weeks and I have been getting positive test since 13dpo but I had camping that went all the way around to my back it was so bad but then I went to the rest room and wiped and I’m bleeding...do you ladies have any advice

I’m currently leaving the er and it was confirmed that I am having a miscarriage....but I wish you guys the best of luck and lots of baby dust
