Positive OPK on CD5?! HELP!!

So I never do any OPK tests till my fertile window suggested by glow but I thought after 8 months of TTC I’m going to change my strategy and start testing daily straight after my period and BDing with my husband more often out of my fertile window.
I just got a positive OPK (LH surge) on CD5. Could I possibly be about to ovulate this early??

How long are your cycles normally?? How many days? Some women have normal cycles of only 21 days so they would ovulate between CD 6 and CD 8...so it’s possible but just wondering if it’s at all normal for you!

This is my temp from today. Do you think this spike is high enough to mean ovulation? 
I’m so confused and finding it hard to believe that I could be or have ovulated so early - very confused! 🤷🏽‍♀️

You aren't on any fertility drugs that could be giving a false positive, right?
