Help me out ladies! :)

Hey ladies! I just got married to the love of my life on Sept 30th. We haven't planned on having a baby just yet. We have been together for 6 years, and we have plans to go to Germany next year before conceiving. These passed 2 days... I have had very light spotting. It's very bright pink. It happens for about 2 hrs then it stops. After a few hrs it does it again for about an hr. I am only a day late. So I'm not really worried about that. But my breasts are on FIRE! Normally they are sore when I start, but this time they are so bad I can hardly touch them. And normally I cramp like crazy the week before I start. This time I am lightly cramping. And lots of nausea and extreme tiredness. Does anyone have any insight? I will beyond thrilled if we are pregnant. But I'm not giving my hopes up.. Thank you!!!! :)
