Hello everyone, I'm 16 and I struggle with severe anxiety and depression. I have extreme menstrual cramps and headaches, so I'm considering going on the pill. I'm wondering if any of you have experienced anxiety/depression-related side effects from being on the pill. Also, I would love to hear any feedback on how effective it is in helping with cramps.
