Does this look promising? 😬😬 not sure what I’m supposed to be looking for any advice would be great!

Keep charting to be sure but you’re heading in the right direction! Try to make sure you’re testing at the same time every morning too!
After we ovulate you should see a rise in your BBT. You’re temps vary a lot before ovulation though so it’s tough to see the pattern. In general, you should draw a coverline after you see that thermal shift.
To draw a coverline, you look at the six temps back from ovulation (but include the ovulation day). So in this chart, you look at the temps for cycle day 11-16.  You then draw a line a tenth of a degree above your highest temp during those six days. For this chart, that would be 36.55 degrees.
Your post-ovulation temps should stay above 36.55. If they stay elevated, you may be pregnant. If they drop dramatically, it can be signally AF is on the way.
