It looks like ovulation may have gotten delayed a bit this month. Do you know when you typically ovulate? Keep temping! Sometimes if it’s fluctuating a lot FF waits for more consistent temps to draw the crosshairs. 
My chart did the same thing this month. I almost always ovulate around CD12. I ran a marathon on CD8 this month though and it was looking like I was going to O normally and then temps crashed for a few days and then I had my thermal shift on CD16. Took a while for my crosshairs to show up.

I actually prefer and recommend the Advanced setting on FF. It looks at so much more than just temps or OPKs. Based on your OPKs and temps I would guess you are gearing up for a late O and will end up gettin cross hairs in a couple more days.
