I called my doctor immediately. I was prescribed progesterone on the spot, and I had 3 blood tests that week to confirm my levels were rising accordingly, and when the time came I had an early ultrasound.

I called my OB the day I found out. They sent me for an immediate bloodwork test to check my hcg and prescribed me progesterone pills for the first 12 weeks. I’m now 21 weeks along :)
