How do I figure out when I’m ovulating?

Most helpful thing for me was using ovulation tests (LH). I bought a bunch off amazon. If it wasn’t for them, I may not have been able to pin point my best window to conceive. Worth every penny.

The digital ovulation kits are amazing. I used it the first month and was pregnant shortly thereafter. The smiley face pops up and that’s your cue to get down to business. Worked like a charm.

It's normally about two weeks after your period, your cervical mucus will be clear and stretchy resembling raw egg whites.

You can check your CM and I recommend Ovulation tests. There are cheap ones on amazon that work well. Test twice a day at the same time every day and once the test line is AS dark or darker than the control line that means you’re having your LH surge and will be ovulating that day or night. Whichever is positive.
