pump problems 😑

medela pump in style advanced. been EP for 9 months now and my supply has been suffering for at least a month now. I'm now just barely keeping up with my daughter. I drink lots, etc etc I don't believe the issue is on my end (unless my boobs are just over it 😒) I've cleaned the motor, replaced parts, everything I can think of and it's still the same. I've been noticing tgat after about 10 minutes I can't get ANYTHING unless it's in let down mode. I've tried higher suction, lower suction, pretty much everything but trying to pump upside down 🙃 thinking of calling the company to see what they can do. insurance provided the pump for free and if I were still in the early months I would probably consider just buying a really great pump but it's definitely not in the budget for just 3 more months of use. anyone have this issue wth the medela pisa? anyone have experience calling medela customer service about pump issues? any other ideas I could try? willing to try just about anything since my daughter refuses formula 😟
