First postpartum period!? 5weeks pp

Sorry for the disgusting picture but the pad is heavy soaked, my pants front and back have large leak spots and this was just over maybe 2 hours, should I be concerned!? Is this my period starting finally?? Is this normal??😳😳 I feel like I’m about to bleed out. I’ve never had a period like this

OMG yes it's normal I had my first pp period at 5 weeks pp and let me tell u! it was heavy!  but my Doc said it was normal. but it didn't last long. I bled heavy for the first 3 days then it lightened up.  but i thought I would bleed out. I'm glad it's over.  it gets better!

my pp period was really light. I only had to use 1 pad a day. I just got it after taking my Clomid and not getting pregnant. My son is 1 years old

Yep perfectly normal ivr had 3 kiddo's and been alot more than this i thought i was going to pass out the bathroom would look like a murder scene😂🗡

YES!! This was me! I LIVED on the toilet when I have my first PP period. I bled through the super tampons and through the "in case" pad. My usual period lasts for 3 days but mine was 7 😫 second period was back to normal! :)

First period after baby for me was heavier. If you soak through a lad every 1-2 hours for a few consecutive hours get checked. Mine did this for a couple pads then eased. My period did return 4 weeks after birth so some of us are just breeders lol. It certainly looks like a lot of blood. Change your bad and clean up and see how the next pad goes.
