Rainbow baby 20 weeks 6 days

i have a appt in the am see what they say now smh hoping they dont give me bad news ....they swear i miscarried again but havent given me a another ultrasound since 12 weeks ...they said something about having a D&C; at 12 weeks that i mite need one but ive felt movements and everything plus they said i had a subchronic hemorage and that its possible the baby will come out ...well it still hasnt so idk this is very stressful and if i get bad news i dont think i wanna try again ...i just dont get it i have a healthy 5 year old and now i have problems with miscarriages
