Leaking fluid or increased discharge?

Question

How do you know the difference between leaking fluid and increased discharge? I’ve woke up this morning and just guessed that I’ve just heavy discharge but I’ve just looked in my underwear & it’s quite wet. The past week I’ve hardly had any discharge and now all of a sudden I have this? Hate posting pictures I think it’s gross🤢 but I really need to know what you think?

I'd call your OB and ask to be tested for amniotic fluid just in case.

I’m probably getting a little bit of a smaller amount all the time it’s so gross but mine is just discharge
