Don't know what to do

Hi, I've currently been in a relationship with my boyfriend for over a year and things are great, but lately I've been having doubts because I'm moving far away to advance in my career and don't want to lose our relationship but can't stand long distance either. I honestly don't know what to do. I also brought up him moving with me but he says that he doesn't know if we're ready quite yet. What do I do?
