Skyla side effects- please help!

I just started bc for the first time and got the skyla iud that lasts 3 years. I got it a little under 2 weeks ago and Insertion was pretty terrible but I haven't been in any pain since. I spotted until a couple days ago which is abnormal for me but not for BC as I understand it. I have noticed my mood has been all over the place jumping from angry to depressed to happy to stressed. I usually have strong emotions but this does feel unusual...like I feel ready to cry 90% of the time and that's very abnormal for me. Also noticed a little anne but nothing unmanageable. Did anyone else have side effects with an iud? What was your experience? How fast does it take your body to adjust?
