Is it him?

I had two miscarriages last year, my SO's one sister can't concieve at all and his other sister's chances of pregnancy decrease every year, however she has 2 children with another on the way. His one sister has tried everything with no luck. I'm just worried that my miscarriages may mean something runs in his family and I'll never be able to carry any of his children full term. It kills me to think like this but it's something I've honestly considered.
