What do you feed yours on a daily?

Breakfast-hardboiled egg yolk (can hardboil up to 6 eggs at once as they last up to a week in fridge), toast with jam or oatmeal mixed with apple sauce & some brown sugar, yogurt and water (he has his milk when he wakes up). Lunch-right now we are having veggie nuggets with ketchup (search on google or pinterest), apple sauce, and cheese or another fruit/veggie or homemade chicken nugget, Supper-strawberries, butternut squash and yogurt. Then he has his milk before bed. This is a sample menu what I feed my 1 year 4 month old. Pinterest is my best friend for meal ideas for my little.

breakfast- oatmeal, grits eggs,toast  Lunch- fresh fruit, lunch meat , cheese, make little pizza muffins , chicken fingers, mac and cheese  snack - dry Cheerios, gerber puff snacks, animal crackers, milk, juice dinner anything you cooked . They can eat spaghetti, soup, mashed potatoes , meatloaf etc

Breakfast: scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese, and yogurt
Morning snack: blueberries
Lunch: baby food pouch and leftovers or sandwich (PB&J; and grilled cheese are his favorites)
Afternoon snack: snack bar or a mix of various toddler snacks like puffs, yogurt melts, creamies, curls, etc
Dinner: whatever we’re having (meat and veggie)

This is just some of the common stuff we have. Breakfast - avocado toast, scrambled eggs, yogurt, bananas. Lunch - peanut butter and jelly or grilled cheese and ham, ravioli, turkey dog and green beans, chicken and broccoli. Dinner - usually whatever we're having, some form of meat and veggies. Plus snacks.
