CD 20 ovulation test

So I started my first round of femera this month, Oct 9th thru 13th (CD 3-7) so I have been trying to take opks when I'm not busy working but I h avent been able to test every day..well last night and today I've been having cramps on my left side, I took a test and I've never had a test this dark!! But is CD 20 to late to ovulate? I have irregular periods and don't ovulate on my own (that's why we started femera this month) we did 2 rounds of clomid and they didn't work.. So ladies help meeeeee is this it?? am I really ovulating?? :)
