I have a pain in my lower right abdomen it's a dull ache but can get a little worse also. It kinda refers down my leg a little. My Dr says she don't think I have cysts but has never done an ultrasound to see for sure. I'm also 3 days late for af (not sure if a cyst would effect that). My dr don't know about the pain yet I have an appointment monday just curious for peace of mind over the weekend.
