Am I over reacting??

I am 10w4days I have had two miscarriages this year al ending buy the 7th week so Midwife’s have kept an eye on me this time having two scans already one at 5wks and one at 6wks 4days where we have seen the heart beat,today however I have had cramp and wen Ave went to the toilet n wiped there was brown slimy discharge not much but it’s still there I have got 3healthy boys n nothing like this has ever happened only when I have miscarried it’s started of like this n got worse should I b worried 😭
