Vicks rub?

My LO is 8 months and since she was 2 months she's always had a come and go cough with lots of congestion and mucus. We do breathing treatments when it gets really bad. But does anyone swear by Vicks? She's getting sick again and I'm losing so much sleep. 😫

They have a Vick’s for babies. I like essential oils so I always had peppermint and eucalyptus on hand. I’d put a few drops of both on a paper towel and fan it around her face.

I use Maty's baby chest rub. It works really well for my babies. You can buy it at Walmart.

We use the Vicks humidifier and put vicks liquid in the water vs on the baby's skin

We bring our baby into the bathroom when we shower. Haven't tried Vick's yet, but my mom used it on me and my siblings all the time growing up.
