3d/4d ultrasound worth it at 24weeks?

My fiancé wants to get a 3d/4d ultrasound and websites don’t really say when is a good time week wise. 
Any advice!?

my tech said anytime after 25 weeks is perfect. I was 26+1 and got amazing pics. these were at an independent place we paid for:

and this is yesterday at 27+4 at my Dr's office.
