Have you used the Munchkin Latch Pump Adapters?

If you currently use the Munchkin Latch Pump Adapters, or have used them before, what are the names of the pumps and bottles that they worked with?

I really want the Spectra S2 pump, and I'm torn between the anti colic Munchkin Latch bottles and the anti colic MAM Bottles. I don't know if the Munchkin Latch Pump Adapters will work with the Spectra S2 or with the MAM bottles or not, or if the Munchkin Latch bottles will work with the Spectra Pump Adapters. Anyone who can help me find out all this will be tremendously appreciated❣
