Catholic or public school?

Is your children or will they be attending catholic or public school? 
For someone who is not religious, does it really matter? I feel like the quality of education is the same all across the board. I live in Canada

If the schools near you are good then may as well do public. I really can’t afford to live in the areas with the best schools. Houses are well over a million dollars. I’m in California. So we may do private school.

I choose public because where I live its very small.. I think I graduated with MAYBE 120kids?? Where my husband and I live now is the same way... I believe the closest 'private school' which also happens to be catholic is over an hour away. It all depends on where you live I think, and what your comfortable with... I dont think that the quality of education is any better or worse in either one... i think it deoends more on your area...
