Fertility bands??

Hey everyone, I miscarried over a year ago and have been trying to conceive. My husband doesn’t want to go to a fertility dr or use the ovulation tests... has anyone had any success with the Ava fertility band? Hard to find reviews on it and i thought it would be less stressful?? Any thoughts, send em over please :(

I don’t have experience with the band, but why can’t you use the ovulation tests? Your husband doesn’t have to be involved at all! It’s a very helpful way to pinpoint ovulation and thus make sure you are having sex at the right time to conceive. They are also pretty cheap on amazon or elsewhere. If that’s something you want to do I think you should talk to your hubby about it honestly, if it’s important to you!

I have the Ava bracket and love it. It helped me get pregnant a few months after getting it (which ended in a miscarriage a few weeks ago). It was nice having the information to look at, especially the heart rate and body temp. It was great at tracking when I would ovulate or get my period. I haven’t been using it since my miscarriage because I was mad and thought I’d become too obsessed with checking my numbers. But I did like it!
