Dating someone younger?

I’ve been dating someone who’s 14 years younger than me for 2 years now. For some reasons I feel like he’s more mature than most of the men I’ve been with, and he really understands and loves me. I don’t tell people though. I’m kind of embarrassed by the fact that he’s so young. Has someone ever experienced this before?

I think you should enjoy.
But also keep your sensible hat on about the chances that the relationship will go the distance.
It almost certainly will not.
Hardly anyone is with, at the age of 40, the same person they were with at the age of 17.  This boy is very unlikely to be the exception to that rule.
 But- that’s not to say it isn’t a great shorter-term relationship.
As long as you aren’t itching for marriage and kids (which is unreasonable to expect of a 19-year-old boy)- I don’t see any downside.

Yes! Currently I’m in the healtiest relationship I’ve ever been, less drama, no fighting an a lot of mutual respect.
He is 23 and I am 31.
He has been there for me and my children from the start more than anyone and shows us respect which I wasn’t used to from former dates or relationships.
We kept it a secret for a long time and my family was skeptical until they met him, now they think we are a perfect match😊
You are dating him, it is no one elses concern aside from your children if you have them, just enjoy😊

My boyfriend is 35 I'm 23 opposite of what you're going through but we do get a lot of shit and took months for his family to finally come around to the idea. Mine still aren't too happy but hoping with time. He looks super young and our maturity levels are on par so I don't think it's weird at all don't ruin a good opportunity because society says it's weird!
