Free Fitness Plans
Hi guys!! So I've noticed on here a lot of women asking for help with exercises, workout plans, nutrition plans, etc. I'm not a personal trainer nor a nutritionist but health and fitness has been a big passion of mine since I was 16 (22 now) and I've done a lot with it in the military and such. I was thinking about putting together a kik or something for those of you who were struggling and I would post my daily workouts (5-6x/week)along with tips for how to properly do the exercises and help give some of you a good starting point for your nutrition (idea of where your calories should be/tentative macro splits). This would all be free, more like a motivational group for everyone to get together and share their successes or turn to others for support when they're not feeling it. And I would be there for any questions or concerns. Thinking about making it a short little 4 week challenge thing and if it goes well, see about doing another session or longer ones. Plans would be modified according your your specific goals (building lean mass, losing fat).
