Hi all.. does BBT helpful for ladies with irregular periods ? 
Please help..

Had irregular cycles when I was younger (didn't even know what BBT was back then, lol). I think charting can help you understand your irregular cycles better and may reveal any other issues that may exist. Give it a try, it doesn't hurt. 🙂
