I really need some motivation, some girls I can communicate with that are going through what I am with losing weight. I want to I have lost about 5lbs in 2 weeks but I feel like I'm not getting anywhere. I want to workout and diet to lose the weight I've gain after I had my child. I'm not so big but I don't want to get there. my goal is either lose 20 lbs or weigh what I weight but look sexy (thick) anybody want to help me out? maybe tell me what your doing ? I'm tried of looking at mirrors or pictures of me right now.
