A fertility expert told me that if you are TTC and are using OPK, the OPK should be used twice a day, because you can start ovulating at 4 PM and stop before seven the next morning for example missing the Positive you were looking for.

I've never managed to catch a positive opk but I'm 23 wks now so must just be missing it 🤷🏽‍♀️
