Beat the bloat!
Girls, I have endometriosis and endo belly is a real issue. Usually 4-5 days before my period I puff up like crazy. This started happening Thursday and instead of my usual "woe-is-me" eat all the junk food nonsense, I got my ass in the gym and ate low salt/low sugar. Now two days before my period starts my bloat is nowhere to be found.
It's amazing what a little diet and exercise can do for your body!
