Best diaper cream for Newborn 😔

What cream have you used that was fast working for a newborn? Don't need criticism onchanging because we try to keep her changed frequently,but it still happened. I feel terrible,but need to get it healed quickly. I was using Destin(the clear gel in yellow tube), because that's what we've used on her brother and it worked great, but it's not working for her. I stopped using the cream and started using a warm wash cloth after each cahnge but that doesn't seem to be helping either... need answers soon😮😮😮
