How many IUI's did it take for you to get pregnant?

How many IUI's did it take for you to get pregnant? Also, what are the costs? I have a consultation 11/15 at a fertility clinic to get started and I am just curious how successful IUI's usually are. Thanks :)

1st IUI back to back 4/5 and 4/6 
Medication folistim 75ml
Trigger shot 
Donor sperm from fairfax Cryobank
Pregnancy was a chemical.
2nd IUI
10/5 and 10/6 
Medication: Folistim 175ML
Trigger Shot 
Donor Sperm from Fairfax cryobank 
Tested at 13 Days Pass IUI- Test was Positive 
Beta 1 - 294
Beta 2 - 989
Beta 3 - 3341
Currently pregnant and praying for the best 9 months

The sperm itself it was $1900.00 per cycle isince I did back to back. 
So first IUI $1900.00 and 2nd IUI $1900.00
Medication folistim, trigger and endomitrine about $155.00 my insurance covered the rest 
Insurance covered each IUI I just payed copayment of 30.00 bucks each visit and 295 each IUI procedure. Blood lab consisted 20 bucks each time they took blood.
