I most definitely have. I hate it. It makes me feel so humiliated, but what's worse.....it makes me feel like I'm too much to deal with. Like anything can humiliate you, but make you feel like you're too much to deal with? That's worse. I've shown almost every symptom for anxiety and maybe depression, but really more anxiety than anything else. I haven't even gotten around to going to a doc for it, Idk who I'd see.

I've had a period where I had them a lot. And the first few times I didn't know that I had them.

i had one in english class the other day bc the book we r reading had a murder scene and i hate gore and body horror.
i can usually have them with out freaking out externally so i didn't make a scene or anything but not a fun time,,
