The anxiety of not knowing is too much!
My period is supposedly due on the 31st Oct and the anxiety of not knowing if it will come or not is so overwhelming. i have diagnosed myself with PCOS (because of various symptoms) and have been taking Agnus Castus/Vitex which is brilliant (definitely recommend). Anyway does anyone feel like this? Anyone due AF the same day? *SIGH* 😣
