What is this spot on my tongue?

Ever since I have been pregnant I have gotten them more often then usual I never knew what they were. it hurts so look bad anyone know what it is or how to fix it? it's that little white bump on my tongue

swish unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the mother) in your mouth hourly until it goes away. should be gone in a few hours.

I get these! Usually from salty food. I call them inflamed taste buds. I like to do warm water with as much salt in it as you can bear and swish it around your mouth, for any and all mouth pains. It works wonders and you can't really do it too much. I swear by this method. I have also just Lina bitten them off but it leaves a little cut and it hurts really bad haha. But it does heal fast after that too
