I find them annoying but not disrespectful. The person posting it isn't being disrespectful, it's a stupid joke but I don't know how someone finds it offensive. I think expecting someone to basically  walk on eggshells with you (not YOU persay just generally speaking) because u have trouble conceiving is ridiculous, yes they should be mindful, yes they should be conscientious but general prank posts like this aren't disrespectful nor targeting any group trying to make you feel any type of way. I've struggled with infertility myself and don't think anything of these posts. They aren't the best jokes but they aren't anything to lose my mind over. I also sympathize and know a lil what you all may feel like (not completely cuz everyone's journey TTC is different and I respect u and ur journey) but if posts like this upset u just remember ur journey is ur own and this post is nothing but for attention/laughs/etc. and not to hurt or disrespect u. I'm saying this with the utmost respect not trying to invalidate any of your feelings.

I suffered from a Vanishing Twin pregnancy. I lost the twin around 8-9 weeks. Carried/miscarried from 9-18 weeks. Yes, you read that correctly. Somewhere between 18-20 the twin absorbed. I delivered the surviving twin late that summer. I find no humor in this joke.

Legit fooled my friend, though, they asked me if I knew my sister (who has tied tubes and five kids already), was having twins.
I was like... yeah, physically impossible/unlikely, you sure it wasn't a prank? It was this exact post.
I find them tacky and tasteless.

I think it’s funny innocently spooking my family & friends like that. 
Only person I’ve worried about it hurting is my Aunt who has had several miscarriages & failed IVF. However, she’s never said anything about it bothering her. We’re extremely close so I would know if she were bothered. She’s also one to speak up if she’s bothered.

I generally hate any posts that says, "copy and paste." I'm not going to copy and paste anything. Never have and never will. Every once in a while I'll see some funny ones, but I'll just like or react to it and go about my day/life.

I don’t even know what it’s like to struggle with infertility and I don’t think these posts are funny at all. I’m always reading them like 🙄🙄🙄 good for you, you tricked people into thinking you’re pregnant, hilarious 🙄🙄
