So I need some opinions. I’ve been on Lo Loestrin Fe for about a month and I was told by my doctor to start it on the Sunday after my period starts. Typically my periods start kinda heavy, bright red, and last around 7 days. This time around however, it started super light and light pink and that lasted for a few days. I started my birth control assuming it was my period. Then for around 2 weeks, I had brown stringy discharge. About 9 days ago I started bleeding like I normally would for my period, but within a few days I started having cramps that would come in waves and some clots. Typically I don’t cramp. There really isn’t any chance I could be pregnant (at least I don’t think). I’ve messed around with my boyfriend but we haven’t had vaginal sex. After pulling out a tampon I noticed I had some weird stringy “discharge” and I’m wondering if anyone knows if it’s normal? I’m just wondering if this could be from the pill.
